INTRODUCTION
· Haviland Cottage is located on a quite lane in Bonchurch, walking distance to Bonchurch Shore and surrounding walks on the nearby Downs. Bonchurch is located on the outskirts of Ventnor with a regular bus service to Newport with links to other island towns and villages.
· Pretty stone building originally built in 1860 as a Coach House and stables but extensively Modernised and extended
· ½ Acre of Grounds with separate secluded and well-maintained Front and Back Gardens
